How do i register a team?
We are very excited that you are looking to become a part of the Kelowna Showdown! Registration can be done by clicking the link below. This will take you to our partner registration site.
If you don't see your division, make sure to scroll down on the screen! Alternatively, you can go to our registration page by clicking on the link below:
Select your appropriate division and format, and click register. You will then be prompted to create an account (or log-in to an existing one).
Team captains are responsible for registering all members of their team, and making the one-time payment. You will be prompted to enter contact information for each participant, so that everyone can sign the waiver.
What skill divisions are available? How do I choose?
The Kelowna Showdown offers two different formats of play, and three skill divisions:
Co-ed Reverse 4's: 4v4 grass volleyball. 2 men and 2 women on the court. Reverse rules apply (men must attack from behind the attack line, men can only block men).
Grass Triples (Men's and Women's): 3v3 volleyball!
Each format has three skill divisions.
Advanced: High-level club, University/college, professional, or advanced beach/grass experience. Ability to consistently serve, pass, set & hit on demand.
Intermediate: High school/community centre play or better, or some club experience.
Recreational: Recreational play. Play for the enjoyment of the sport.

How Much does the tournament cost?
Price vary depending on the format. Our grass triples is $120 per team, or $105 for early bird. Our co-ed reverse 4's is $155 per team, or $140 for early bird.
You may add up to 5 people on a triples roster, or 6 people on a 4's roster (exceptions can be considered. Please contact us at kelownashowdown@gmail.com with details)
Is there an age restriction?
Participants must be 16+. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to submit a claim.
I don't have a Team. Can I register alone (or with a friend?)
Absolutely!
Simply select the "individuals" registration section, and input some information about yourself (skill level, desired division, anybody else who signed up as an individual who you would like to be paired with, etc.) We will do our best to fit you into a team!
